Ocean Maya Royale Adults Only Hotel Playa del Carmen

I loved the hospitality of the personnel. Cool drinks at pool bar, excellent service. Lobby had a bar.

Had an excellent stay for a 2nd floor room closer to the pool for this visit, loved staff and amenities. Lots of food for breakfast including slices of fresh bread and bacon.

Everything was perfect, ideal location near to the Mexican restaurant, the staff were pleasant. Slices of fresh bread and bacon were outstanding.

Fairly clean hotel, there were first class rooms and food. I loved the room, the bed was extremely comfy. It was a really nice stay, well-maintained place.

Everything was fabulous, its staff and rooms, plus complimentary wi-fi. Lots of pastries, fresh fruit, bread, yogurt and cheese at breakfast. There where Wi-Fi, cable television and microwave in the room, loved that. Late check-out too.

A sunny place with a fantastic view. Hotel staff exceptionally accommodating and were happy to help, if required.

actually everything was 10/10. it had cheap food, positive staff and friendly location. near a fantastic beach. hotel offered free drinks in the reception.

We had a car, so 20 minutes drive to quinta avenida. The pool was a bonus for relaxing. We liked the fact that we chose ocean maya royale.
